Country Club Design/Development Design

Country Club design has kept me in business since 2000. I worked with such country clubs as Morningside, Stone Eagle, The Reserve, Desert Horizons. This is a specialty niche I have come to appreciate. Country Clubbers are looking for something specific and I have found the money! Same with developers. I have worked with such developers as Lowe Enterprises, GHA, Rillington, Century Homes, and Regency Homes.

Country clubs require a large promotional package. There is the Club that is the social aspect of the Country Club. The Golf is the draw to the country club and the Real Estate. This requires a large list of items you need in order to strike interest in those who want this desired lifestyle. I have many samples of this.

Developers need a logo, signage, advertising, site maps, elevations and floorplans, and a brochure to tie them all together. I also design a containment vessel to keep all these items in just in case you have a hot lead. I also design social media, eblasts, and constant contact email marketing. This is a membership package for golf and social memberships. They are tiered so I used stepped panel brochures inside a pocket, site map, lifestyle brochure, and all fits inside a presentation folder.
Inside The Reserve lifestyle brochure featuring the McCallum Theatre and the Tennis Gardens where the PNB Pariba International Tennis Tournament is played every March. Both are just minutes away.

Tangerine Lanes Estates came to me as a developer. I branded their logo, look, colorways and designed all this to include floorplans and elevations, a presentation folder, letterhead, and a site map brochure.
Regency development hired me to do the evaluation and floorplans and flags for their new properties in Palm Desert.
