I would suggest doing a Facebook Marketplace page. They are free and everyone is on Facebook. I would also suggest eblasts. You will have emails from potential clients that are looking under your guidance and you can eblast them with current listings and links on where to go on your website to see the current listings. You can also advertise sold properites and testimonies. Testimonies work! Everyone who is looking to sell or buy a home will appreciate testimonials on your work with them.
